Forgotten your password?
Ask for a reset link. We email it to the address recorded on your account, and you choose your own new password – a password is never sent by email.
The link works once and lasts 24 hours. Asking for another cancels the earlier one.
Don't know your CID?
Your CID number is your DanceSport Australia account number. It is issued when you join and never changes.
Look it up with Find My CID.
Can't find the email?
Give it a few minutes, then check your spam or junk folder. It comes from info@dancesport.org.au.
If you asked more than once, only the newest link works.
