Volunteer Registration

All persons working as a volunteer must have a 'Working with Children' or 'Working with Vulnerable People' check.

This DanceSport Australian Volunteer registration will allow you to record your WWC/WWVP details in accordance with Sports Integrity Australia.

Volunteers are divided into categories that reflect a specific level of responsibility:

General Volunteer
Photographer
Floor Marshal

Those people who already hold a DanceSport Australia membership or registration (of any kind) cannot be issued with a Volunteer Registration. Existing members can record their WWC/WWVP check into their DSA Account if they are required to do so.

DanceSport Australia is committed to providing a sport and work environment free of discrimination and harassment (sexual or otherwise), where individuals are treated with respect and dignity, and where children are protected from abuse. DanceSport Australia will not tolerate behaviour, which constitutes abuse; discrimination or harassment under any circumstances and will take disciplinary action against anyone who breaches our Member Protection Policy. Failure to meet these requirements could lead to a report being submitted to the Branch Ethics and Conduct Committee.
