Username
It is preferred that you use your Email Address as your 'Username'. For security reasons your 'Username'can only be changed by the Database Administrator.
Password
Passwords can be reset in two ways. If you are using your Email Address as your 'Username' (preferred option) you can use the Automated Password Reset system. If you are using a 'Username' that is not your valid password then the reset must be done manually.
