I pressed the "Reset Password" button but nothing happened?

If you have requested a password reset and haven't received an email firstly please check your spam folder.

If your 'Username' is not a valid email address then your Password will need to be reset manually. Click the Manual Password Reset Form on the DSA Login page. Please carefully type your email address to make sure there are no spelling errors.

Note this operation requires a manual reset of the database, therefore please allow 24-48 hours for password to be manually reset.
