How to Place an Advert

Free for DanceSport Australia Members aged 18 or over

Log in to your DanceSport Australia account with your Username (or CID number) and Password.
Choose Add/Edit Partner Wanted on your account home page.
Add a New Advert – give it a clear title (style, age group, where you are) and tell people about yourself and the partner you are looking for. Choose Show on Partner Wanted and Save.
Add up to two photos with the Photos button (JPG, PNG, GIF or WebP).
Keep it showing. Your advert shows for 6 months from the last time you saved it. Press Renew to keep it going, or switch it off at any time – it is kept, ready to use again.

Adults only. You must be 18 or over to place an advert. For a junior dancer, a parent or guardian places the advert from their own account and answers the messages.

Your email address is never shown on the advert. Messages are passed on to you by DanceSport Australia.

About the service

The Partner Wanted Service is for people genuinely seeking a dance partner. It is free.

Only DanceSport Australia Members aged 18 or over can place adverts, and every Member must follow the Member Protection Policy and Code of Conduct – that is the protection for our Members and competitors.

Placing an advert

Log in to your DanceSport Australia account and choose Add/Edit Partner Wanted. You can write your advert, add up to two photos, and switch it on or off at any time.

An advert shows for 6 months from the last time you saved it – press Renew to keep it showing.

Contacting a DanceSport Member

Members' email addresses are never shown. Send a message from the advert and we pass it on, with your email address so they can reply to you.

Reporting offensive material

Inappropriate or offensive adverts or messages should be reported to the DanceSport Admin Team using the Contact Form.
