When someone sends a message from your advert, DanceSport Australia emails it to your advert's contact email.
- It comes from info@dancesport.org.au with the subject DanceSport Partner Wanted : followed by your advert title.
- It shows the sender's email address and their message.
Replying
Just press Reply in your email program. Your answer goes straight to the person who wrote to you – not to DanceSport Australia.
When you reply, they will see your email address. If you would rather not share your usual address, use a separate one as your advert's contact email.
Not receiving messages?
- Check your junk or spam folder, and add info@dancesport.org.au to your contacts.
- Check the contact email on your advert is right – edit the advert to see it.
- Check your advert is Showing, not Expired or Switched off – see Keeping your advert showing.
Unwanted or offensive messages
Don't reply. Tell the DanceSport Admin Team with the Contact Form, with your advert title and the date the message arrived. Every message sent through the service is recorded, so the Admin Team can follow it up.
