My points are missing?
Points are normally compiled and uploaded at the conclusion of a competition.
You will not see your points straight after you have danced during the competition, only after the results have been presented at the end of the day.
However there are circumstances when this is not possible. For example some country venues have intermittent phone and data signal connections which make uploading difficult. In these cases there may be a delay but usually we have them uploaded by the next morning.
If you find your points are definitely missing, please login to your dancesport.org.au account and press the "Missing Points" icon towards the bottom of the screen. A DSA Administrator will respond to your request within 24-48 hours.
