TECHNICAL SYSTEMS COMMITTEE
The Technical Systems Committee is a Committee of the Board. The key purpose of the Committee is to provide Member-centric and User feedback and guidance to support the ongoing improvement of DanceSport Australia's IT systems and online Member experience. The Committee acts as a representative voice of Members who regularly use DSA's technology platforms, ensuring that system changes and enhancements reflect the practical needs of the Membership.

The Objectives of the Committee are:

To provide practical feedback on the Member experience of DSA's technology platforms, including the Member portal, competition entry systems, website and related online platforms.

To support the testing and evaluation of new system features or changes before they are rolled out to the broader Membership.

To identify recurring difficulties, pain points, or areas of confusion that members encounter when using DSA's digital systems.

To recommend improvements that would make DSA's platforms more intuitive, accessible, and effective for Members.

To act as a communication bridge between the Membership and the CEO in relation to technology usability and system development priorities.
The work of this Committee contributes to all Strategic Priorities, but particularly Priority Nine of the Strategic Plan, Organisational Excellence and Governance.
