RULES & POLICIES REVIEW WORKING GROUP
The Working Group for Review of Competition Rules, Social Media Policy and Code of Conduct was established by the Board to carry out a thorough review of Competition Rules, Organiser Policy, Social Media Policy, Code of Conduct, Dress Codes and Syllabus to ensure these Rules and Policies are fit for purpose, relevant for Members, meet community and sporting standards and align with DanceSport Australia's Mission and Values.
Once the Working Group completed the Review and made recommendations to the Board, the Working Group transitioned into the Chairperson Committee, chaired by Judy Pegus and comprised of Adjudicating Chairs, and will continue to review and make recommendations in relation to Rules, Related Policies, and Code of Conduct.
The outcomes of the Rules & Policies Review Working Group contribute to Priority Two in the Strategic Plan (hyperlink) Rule and Policy Review.
