FINANCE AUDIT & RISK COMMITTEE
The Finance Audit & Risk (FAR) Committee is required under the DanceSport Australia Constitution and is a key component of strong governance assisting the full Board and Executive with oversight in matters relating to:

Financial management, financial reporting and financial sustainability

Engagement of external auditors and conduct of external and internal audits

Risk management, relevant policies and internal controls including oversight of enterprise-wide risks of DanceSport Australia such as technology risks

Organisational governance requirements relevant to the FAR Committee responsibilities

Monitoring of compliance with policies and legislative requirements

Matters which could significantly impact the financial condition or affairs of DanceSport Australia
