2025 DanceSport State Branches AGM Notice
Notice is hereby given of the 2025 Annual General Meeting of each State Branch of DanceSport Australia Limited. Below is important information for members regarding business, attendance, voting rights, and proxies.

General Business
Attendance and Voting Rights
Only Members of DanceSport Australia who are financial as at 1 August 2025 and are over the age of 16 years are entitled to attend and vote at DSA meetings. This ensures your name is recorded in the National Register of Members. Additionally, you must have held your membership for at least 12 months.
Please note that changes (including the entry of names of members) to the National Membership Register will be closed from 1 August 2025 until 31 October 2025.
Proxy Forms
A member of DanceSport Australia Limited who is entitled to attend and vote may appoint a person as the member’s proxy to attend and vote for them at the meeting. A proxy need not be a member of DanceSport Australia Limited.

Proxy forms must be signed by the member and returned by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the meeting.
