Notice is given that the Extra Ordinary Annual General Meeting 2024 of DanceSport Australia Limited will be held on:
Date: Wednesday 27th March 2024
Time: 3pm Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time
NOTE: Meeting Times Nationally - WA :12.00PM, SA: 2.30PM, QLD: 2PM
The EAGM will be held via a Zoom Meeting.
This EAGM has been called to appoint the Company Auditors and Accountants for the 2023-2024 financial year.
Agenda Motions:
DSA moves to appoint the Poole Audit Group Pty Ltd as the 2023-2024 Auditors and Accountants.
Attendance and Voting Rights
• Only persons whose names are recorded in the National Membership Register (DanceSport Australia Limited membership register for the purposes of the Corporations Act), are considered members of DanceSport Australia Limited.
Please note to be eligible to attend and vote members must be a Full Financial member as at 24 hours prior to meeting.
Proxies
• A member of DanceSport Australia Limited who is entitled to attend and vote may appoint a person as the member’s proxy to attend and vote for the member at the meeting.
A proxy need not be a member of DanceSport Australia Limited. A form of proxy for the meeting can be obtained here dancesport.org.au/election/proxy-form-eagm-2024.pdf.
• A proxy will not be treated as valid unless the proxy form (or copy thereof) is signed by the member and returned to the CEO by email at least forty-eight (48) hours before the time and date scheduled for the EAGM, 3 pm AEDT - Wednesday 27th March 2024
