COVID-19 Flight Cancellation Notices
We understand many of our members will be affected by competition cancellations nationwide, as COVID-19 associated restrictions are imposed. Some will be out of pocket financially in terms of flight and accommodation bookings.
Fortunately, the four major airlines in Australia are offering generous exemptions regarding any change in flight plans. We wish to share these details with you in the hopes that our members may recover some of their expenses.
Virgin Australia
Virgin Australia guests with new or existing bookings for travel between 15 March through to 30 June 2020 have the option to change their flight to a later date and/or to a different destination, without incurring a change fee. Some terms and conditions apply - for more details visit their website.

Qantas
Customers with existing bookings on any international or Australian domestic flight until 31 May 2020, who no longer wish to travel, can cancel their flight and retain the value of their booking as a flight credit. Terms and conditions apply - for more details visit their website.

Jetstar
Jetstar Airways is giving customers with existing and new bookings for domestic and international travel the ability to cancel their booking and receive a credit voucher.
The offer is available until 31 March for bookings to travel up to 31 May 2020. It applies to Jetstar Airways domestic and international travel in and from Australia and New Zealand and Jetstar Asia’s flights between Darwin and Singapore.

Tigerair
