2026 DanceSport Australia Ltd. AGM NOTICE

Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting 2026 of DanceSport Australia Limited will be held on Wednesday 7 October 2026 at 4:00 PM Australian Eastern Daylight Saving Time (AEDT).

The AGM will be held as a Virtual Meeting via Zoom, in accordance with clauses 16.12 and 16.13 of the Constitution.

Please note: Daylight Saving Time commences Sunday 4 October 2026, three days before the meeting. Please check your local time carefully.

Business of the Meeting

The business of the Annual General Meeting will be:

1. Opening and welcome
2. Confirmation of quorum, apologies and proxies
3. Confirmation of the minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting and the General Meeting held on 22 April 2026
4. Matters arising from the previous minutes
5. President's Report for 2026
6. CEO's Report for 2026
7. Directors' Report, audited financial statements and auditor's report for the year ended 30 June 2026
8. Appointment of auditor for 2026–2027
9. Special Resolution — election of Life Member. The full text of the resolution is set out in the meeting documents displayed in the Meeting System.
10. General business — for information and discussion only
11. Close of meeting

No resolution may be passed on any matter not stated in this notice (clause 9.4).

The detailed agenda and meeting documents will be made available via the Members Login prior to the meeting.

Attendance and Voting Rights

Only persons whose names are recorded in the National Membership Register (the membership register of DanceSport Australia Limited for the Corporations Act) are members of DanceSport Australia Limited.

Voting entitlements under the Constitution adopted 22 April 2026:

• Life Members are entitled to receive notice of, attend, be heard at and vote at the meeting.
• Individual Members are entitled to receive notice of, attend and be heard at the meeting, and to vote provided they are aged 16 years or over on the date of the meeting and have been an Individual Member for at least 12 months (clause 5.5(e)).

The rights of a member are suspended while any subscription or other amount payable to the Company remains unpaid (clause 8.2).

A quorum of 15 Voting Members is required for business to be transacted (clause 10.1).

How to Attend

1. Log in.
   Go to dancesport.org.au/login and log in to your DSA member account.
2. Register for the meeting.
   Locate the Annual General Meeting notice on your dashboard and click Register to confirm your attendance.
3. Join on the day.
   On 7 October, log back in to your member account. Your Zoom link will be available after registration to join the meeting.

Proxies and Representatives

A Voting Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may appoint a person as their proxy to attend and vote in their place. A proxy need not be a member of DanceSport Australia Limited.

A Voting Member that is a body corporate may instead appoint a Representative to attend and vote on its behalf in accordance with clause 9.9 of the Constitution.

Submit your proxy from your member account at dancesport.org.au/login, complete and save.
