Organiser Website Advertising
The DSA website has three allocated advertising positions for competition advertisements.
These adverts are displayed on the Welcome page, Members Area home page, DSA Entry System & DSA Spectator Ticket home pages, DanceSportLive and many other pages throughout the website.
Slot A – National Championships and State Opens
The top slot is reserved for National Championships and State Opens. A full poster size advertisement is displayed for these events.
Slot B – Championships
The middle slot is for all other Championships. These adverts are smaller in size and a letterbox shape is preferred. If specific artwork has not been supplied we may cut down a poster to an appropriate shape.
Slot C – Competitions and Development Events
The lower slot is for Competitions, Development events and Lectures run by State Boards. These adverts are also smaller in size and a letterbox shape is preferred. Again, if specific artwork has not been supplied we may cut down a poster to an appropriate shape.
Random Display
Each slot has a number of adverts allocated at any given time and these adverts are displayed randomly each time someone views a page. In other words, each time the page is viewed, different adverts will appear randomly which keeps the pages interesting, dynamic and more engaging to the visitor.
Hyperlinks
Each advert has a hyperlink and when clicked will take the viewer to a designated page. These links vary depending on what is available. They include links to competition organiser websites, DSA competition blogs or the DSA Entry System.
Advertising Page Views
Page views for your advertisement are tracked by the DSA website analytics.
You can see how many times your advert has been displayed by logging into your Organiser Portal for the competition.
As you can see from the examples below, the page views can be quite significant and these are great statistics you can show your sponsors.
Send us your advert asap – It’s not rocket science - the earlier we get your advert, the more page views you will get.
The artwork can be in any form... a pdf, .jpg, .gif or .png and the size should be at least 500px wide by 200px height, we will re size accordingly.
