Help I can't login - what do I do?
Login errors occur when your Username and / or password are incorrect.
If you are not sure of your Username you should use your CID number.
Forgotten your Password?
If your 'Username' is a valid email address then you can use the Automated Password Reset system.
Click the Automated Password Reset located on the DSA Login page.
If your 'Username' is not a valid email address then your Password will need to be reset manually.
Click the Manual Password Reset Form located on the DSA Login page.
Forgotten your Username?
If you have no Username set or have forgotten your Username, you can always login to your account by using your CID number as your Username.
It is preferred you have an email address set as your Username. Note only unique email addresses can be used. For example husband and wife cannot use the same email address as a Username, they must be different.
To change your Username please click on the red "Change Username" button in your dancesport.org.au account.
