Sports Integrity: I'm a Grassroots Coach, what's my role in Integrity?
Sport Integrity Australia is running a webinar from 7:30-8:30pm on Tuesday 8 April designed to empower community level coaches with the knowledge to create an environment that encourages respect and stamps out poor behaviour. The webinar will explore the unique opportunities coaches have to instil positive behaviours and values in the participants they work with, as well as inspiring other adults in sport to do the same.
At the end of this webinar, you will be able to:
- Identify key integrity threats
- Understand how integrity relates to their role as a coach
- Implement effective strategies to prioritise integrity within their sporting programs
- Access resources to support their initiatives and share knowledge within their sporting community
